Green fermentation aims for a harmonious coexistence of humans and nature
Rolvanferm actively responds to the national strategic goals of "peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality". Starting from the perspective of ecological civilization construction, we take on the social responsibility of environmental protection and resource conservation. Rolvanferm adopts plant fermentation technology, avoiding the high pollution and energy consumption associated with traditional chemical extraction methods. Currently, the company has a comprehensive system for treating production wastewater, exhaust gases, and solid waste. We integrate the environmental principles of "energy saving, consumption reduction, and pollution reduction" into every aspect of our production, aiming to achieve a harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.

The company has enhanced production management and strengthened source control to ensure that air emissions meet the relevant requirements of six standards, including the "Regional Comprehensive Air Pollutant Emission Standards" and the "Shandong Province Cooking Oil Fume Emission Standards".

The company follows the principle of "separate sewage from pollutants and separate rainwater from pollutants" in constructing the factory's drainage system and employs effective anti-seepage measures. A wastewater treatment station with a capacity of 200m³ is constructed on the south side of the production workshop. This ensures that the concentration of discharged wastewater meets the relevant standards as specified in the "Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standards".

The company adopts a rational and standardized layout, prioritizes the use of low-noise equipment, and employs effective measures such as vibration reduction, sound absorption, and sound insulation for high-noise equipment. This ensures that the noise levels during operation comply with the Class 2 functional area standard requirements specified in the "Industrial Enterprises Boundary Environmental Noise Emission Standards" (GB12348-2008).

In accordance with the principles of "reduction, resource utilization, and harmlessness" for solid waste management, the company implements various measures for the collection, disposal, and comprehensive utilization of different types of solid waste. This includes selling sludge collected from the wastewater treatment station to agricultural product cultivation units and selling waste bacterial residue generated from filtration to feed processing plants. These practices promote green processing and recycling.
